In CIVILized, participants have to solve some set of riddles which will be based on some monuments of the city. After connecting the cities on a map, it gives a particular national highway. Every set of riddles gives you a NH, after mapping all the national highways a trisecting city will be found.
Solve the riddles, connect the cites, name the national highways, first one to do so will win.
